We may also contact you with relevant information regarding previous enquiries or work. If you have requested to join our mailing list we may also use this information to contact you with news and updates.

Vanessa Deli Café will only share information with third parties on your request or if required to do so by law.
Accounts & Tax
Your basic contact information may be included on invoices and tax information submitted to accountants.
How We Protect Your Data
Our Website uses standard industry security practices including SSL (Secure Socket Layer) transmission technology to send data via our HTTPS server. While this technology encrypts data sent via the website we cannot guarantee that this is 100% secure and would recommend caution if sending sensitive personal information.
General contact information such as name, address, email and contact number are stored digitally in password protected systems. Any sensitive information is stored in encrypted folders.
Analogue records may also be kept in a locked office with no public access.
How Long Do We Keep Your Data
Basic contact information such as name, address, email and contact number will be kept a minimum of six years for invoicing and tax purposes.
Additional information relating to work may be kept up to a year after competition of that work.
Any sensitive information will be kept only as long as necessary to complete the work requested.
Your Right To Be Forgotten
You have the right to request that we delete all the information we store on you. This may not include basic contact information for tax purposes within the six year period. Vanessa Delicatessen & Café Ltd cannot delete your information from third party companies and you would need to contact them directly.
